These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TheraShare (“TheraShare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including participation as a buyer, seller, or user of the platform (“you” or “your”).
By accessing the platform, creating an account, listing or purchasing resources, or using any content available through TheraShare, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
TheraShare is an online marketplace designed to allow licensed mental health professionals to create, list, and sell digital and virtual therapeutic, psychoeducational, and professional resources.
TheraShare:
Does not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or supervision
Does not oversee clinical care or therapeutic relationships
Does not endorse, approve, or guarantee the quality, effectiveness, or appropriateness of any resource
Acts solely as a marketplace connecting independent sellers and buyers
All resources are created and provided by independent sellers, who are solely responsible for their content.
TheraShare resources are intended for:
Licensed mental health professionals
Professionals working within their legal scope of practice
Individuals using resources for educational or supportive purposes only
If you are a client or member of the general public:
You understand these resources are not therapy
You agree to use them only for educational or supportive purposes
All resources on TheraShare:
Are for educational and therapeutic support purposes only
Are not a substitute for individual therapy, diagnosis, or medical care
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency:
Contact local emergency services
Call or text 988 (U.S.)
Seek immediate professional help
To sell on TheraShare, you must:
Be at least 21 years old
Have the legal authority to enter into contracts
Hold a valid, active mental health license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
Accurately represent your credentials, professional identity, and scope of practice
By creating a seller account, you affirm that:
Your license is current and in good standing
You will notify TheraShare if your license becomes inactive, suspended, or revoked
TheraShare is a clinician-only marketplace.
Coaches, students, and unlicensed individuals are not eligible to sell.
TheraShare reserves the right to request licensure documentation and to suspend or terminate seller accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
Sellers may choose to display professional credentials.
If you do so, you agree that:
License name, number, and issuing state are accurate and current
You remain responsible for maintaining licensure
Sellers may optionally submit license documentation for review.
A “License Verified” badge indicates credentials were submitted and reviewed, but does not constitute:
Clinical endorsement
Approval of scope of practice
Validation of competence or outcomes
TheraShare may remove the badge if information becomes inaccurate or misleading.
Sellers agree that all listed products:
Are educational or therapeutic support resources
Do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or guarantee outcomes
Are not presented as a replacement for therapy or medical care
Required disclaimer (or equivalent):
“This resource is for educational and therapeutic support and is not a substitute for individual therapy, diagnosis, or medical care.”
If content includes:
Faith-based, spiritual, or religious material
Scripture, prayer, or theological frameworks
Sellers agree to:
Clearly label such content as faith-integrated
Avoid presenting faith-based material as neutral or universally applicable clinical care
Buyers are responsible for determining whether faith-integrated content aligns with their values and needs.
If resources are designed for:
Group therapy
IOP, PHP, inpatient, or crisis settings
Sellers must:
Clearly label the intended level of care
Include appropriate safety and facilitation disclaimers
Avoid unsupervised trauma processing or exposure-based exercises
Buyers agree to use such materials only within appropriate, supervised settings.
All content on TheraShare is protected by copyright.
Sellers represent and warrant that:
They own the content they upload or have legal rights to distribute it
Content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property
Prohibited uploads include:
Copyrighted manuals, assessments, or proprietary materials
Content copied or substantially derived from protected sources
Buyers may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share purchased content
Claim authorship
Upload content to other platforms
TheraShare may remove content reasonably suspected of infringement.
Sellers agree that content:
Does not include identifiable client information
Does not include real names, locations, or unique identifying details
Uses hypothetical or heavily anonymized examples only
Violations may result in immediate content removal or account termination.
Revenue splits are based on the seller’s selected plan:

70% Seller / 30% TheraShare
Unlimited listings
Pro Seller Plan
$19/month or $180/year
88% Seller / 12% TheraShare
Unlimited listings
Payment processing fees may apply and are deducted prior to payout.
All products are digital or virtual
Delivery is electronic
Access details are provided at purchase
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated.
Disputes regarding content quality should be directed to the seller.
TheraShare may assist with mediation but does not guarantee resolution.
You agree not to:
Misrepresent credentials or identity
Guarantee outcomes or clinical results
Provide medical or legal advice
Circumvent payment systems
Harass or misuse the platform
Use content outside ethical or legal boundaries
TheraShare may:
Review content for compliance
Remove or disable listings
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misrepresentation, loss of licensure, or ethical concerns
Termination does not waive outstanding obligations.
TheraShare is not liable for:
Clinical outcomes
Improper or unauthorized use of resources
Buyer–seller disputes
Indirect or consequential damages
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheraShare from claims arising from your content, conduct, or use of the platform.
TheraShare may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
